Sigmira exists because of a gap every personalization business knows: what a customer designs on a screen and what a production machine needs are two different things. Most tools solve the first half (a pretty editor) and leave the store owner to fix files by hand, order after order. We started Sigmira to close that gap completely: a product customizer where the customer’s design is the production file.
What we build
Sigmira is a visual product customizer for WooCommerce. Store customers design products in the browser (text, photos, templates, multiple views) with a live preview, and the moment an order lands, the merchant receives print-ready files at the exact DPI, with the bleed and safe zones their process requires. There are no proofing email chains and no artwork to rebuild in design software. How we work
Production comes first. Features are judged by one question: does this get a correct file to the machine with less manual work? That focus is why pricing rules go down to the character and why files render server-side at your configured resolution.
We compare honestly. Our comparison pages name the cases where a competitor is the better choice, because a merchant who picks the wrong tool churns anyway, and because we’d rather be trusted than oversold. The same goes for our claims: when we removed content from this site that we couldn’t back up, we did it in public view.
We prefer documentation over tickets. The documentation covers setup, pricing rules, file exports and troubleshooting, and it’s open, with no login wall. When you do need us, support answers at hello@sigmira.com.
