Web-to-Print Software for Print Shops
Sigmira turns your WooCommerce store into a web-to-print storefront. From screen printing to DTG and sublimation, customers design online and you receive press-ready files in the exact format your workflow expects.
Built for the printing industry
Accurate color profiles
Customers design in the color space that matters to your workflow.
DPI-perfect file output
Set your required resolution per product and Sigmira renders every export at that exact DPI. No more blurry files or upscaling low-res artwork.
Built-in bleed and safe zones
Define bleed on any print area. Customers see the live guides while they design, and exported files include the full bleed area ready for trimming.
How Sigmira helps your printing business
Stop rejecting bad files
Print shops lose hours every week requesting better artwork from customers. Sigmira enforces your file requirements at design time: minimum DPI, correct dimensions, and proper bleed margins. Every file that reaches your production queue is guaranteed to meet your standards because the editor will not let customers submit anything less.
One editor for every print method
DTG, screen printing, sublimation, wide-format inkjet: Sigmira adapts to your specs. Configure color limits for screen printing, full-color for DTG, or mirrored output for heat transfers. Customers get the right design constraints automatically based on the product they choose.
Automate your pre-press pipeline
Sigmira generates server-rendered production files the moment an order is placed. Push them to your RIP software, print management system, or fulfillment API via webhooks. Eliminate the bottleneck between order intake and the press, and start printing faster.
Everything you need in one plugin
The same powerful feature set in every Sigmira plan, tailored to your workflow.
Drag-and-drop design editor
Give your shoppers a real-time product customizer on your storefront. They add text, upload high-res images or start from a pre-made template, and watch an instant, pixel-perfect preview as they go.
Multi-view product designs
Give your customers creative freedom across multiple design angles. Each view is isolated, with its own print layers and design controls, so the front of a shirt never interferes with the back.
Smart pricing engine
Set the pricing options that fit your products: per text, per character, per view, even per mm². Customers watch a live cost preview while they design, so the price at checkout never surprises them.
Production-ready file export
No more manual file preparation. Sigmira renders every design server-side and produces high-DPI PNG, JPG and production-ready PDF files the moment an order is placed.
Built into WooCommerce
Sigmira runs inside WooCommerce today. It supports multi-variant products, updates cart thumbnails with the customer's design and attaches print-ready files to the order itself. Shopify support is on the way.
Built for mobile
Over half of your customers shop on their phones, so the editor is built for touch first: pinch-to-zoom, drag handles, controls that fit under a thumb. On a desktop it works just as well.
Frequently asked questions
Common questions about using Sigmira for printing.
What DPI does Sigmira export at?
You configure the export DPI per product. Common settings are 150 DPI for large-format prints, 300 DPI for standard commercial printing, and 600 DPI for small and fine-detail work. Sigmira renders server-side at your chosen resolution regardless of the customer's screen.
Can customers design for screen printing with limited spot colors?
Yes. You can restrict the color palette per product to match your screen count. For example, limit a product to four spot colors and customers will only be able to choose from those specific swatches in the editor.
Does Sigmira support bleed areas?
Sigmira lets you define bleed on every print area. Customers see live visual guides while designing, and the exported files include the full bleed extension ready for your cutter.
Can I connect Sigmira to my print management software?
Sigmira supports webhook-based integrations that push order data and production files to any endpoint. It works with popular print MIS platforms and can also send files directly to cloud storage or fulfillment APIs.
