How does the 14 day trial work?
You sign up for any subscription and get 14 days for free. Within that timeframe you can test Sigmira to see if it fits your needs. If it's not the right fit, you can cancel within those 14 days without any charge on your credit card.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades are prorated, downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which also issues your invoice and handles VAT.
Do you offer refunds?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can fully evaluate Sigmira before you pay. After the trial, paid subscriptions are non-refundable, you can cancel anytime to stop future billing. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
What happens when I reach my design limit?
You can upgrade anytime or purchase extra credits to export additional designs at an attractive rate. Perfect for seasonal peaks when you need more capacity without switching plans.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
