Does Sigmira work with my WooCommerce theme?
Yes. Sigmira is built as a standard WooCommerce plugin and is compatible with any properly coded WooCommerce theme. The design editor loads on product pages via a shortcode or automatic placement, so it adapts to your theme's layout without requiring custom template edits.
Can customers upload their own images?
Yes. Customers can upload JPG, PNG, and SVG files directly into the editor. You control the maximum file size, allowed formats, and whether uploaded images are stored on your server or removed after export.
What file formats are supported for export?
Sigmira exports designs as high-resolution PNG, JPG, and PDF files. All exports are rendered server-side at the DPI you configure, with support for bleed areas, trim marks, and CMYK color profiles for professional printing.
Is the editor mobile-friendly?
Yes. The editor is fully responsive with touch-optimized controls including pinch-to-zoom, tap-to-select, and bottom-sheet panels for toolbars. We test it across iOS and Android devices.
