This page lists the third parties Sigmira uses to provide the service, and when each was added. We give account holders at least 30 days’ notice by email before adding or replacing a sub-processor that handles end-customer design data, as set out in clause 8.2 of our Data Processing Agreement.
Sub-processors for end-customer design data (DPA)
These parties can touch the design content and order contact details we process on a merchant’s behalf.

Change log
- 5 October 2026 — the Sigmira app for Shopify is live. Shopify is now an active sub-processor for Shopify stores (order and product data exchange), and Shopify Billing handles payment for Shopify merchants. The customer editor now serves all its fonts from our own servers in the EU (AWS Frankfurt) and no longer loads anything from Google Fonts.
- 14 September 2026 — we added website statistics using Matomo, self-hosted on our own server. This adds no new sub-processor or third party: the data stays on the same infrastructure that already serves this website, and it runs without cookies.
- 13 September 2026 — first publication of this page. Sentry (error monitoring) was removed from our documents; it was named earlier but has never been active in production.
