Billing & subscription
Your Sigmira plan is what keeps the editor running and the print files flowing, so it’s worth knowing where it lives and what each licence state actually means for your shop. This page points you to where you manage your plan, billing and connected stores, and, just as importantly, explains the difference between Active, Grace and Inactive, so a lapsed renewal never quietly switches features off and leaves you guessing why. Reassuringly, your live storefront keeps working whatever happens to the licence.
Where to manage your plan
Open License in the Sigmira Dashboard. From here you can see your current plan, your billing, and which stores your licence is connected to.
(The License page in the WordPress admin is just for activating the key on that one site; see Install & activate. Plan and billing live in the Dashboard.)
Licence states and what they mean for your shop
- Active — everything works; all features unlocked.
- Grace — a short window after a payment is due. Features keep working, but renew promptly: you’ll see Please renew your license to avoid interruption.
- Inactive — features are locked. In WordPress you’ll see the banner License inactive. Reactivate it to access Products, Templates, Fonts, Elements, Print Methods, Pricing and the Sigmira Dashboard. Renew or reactivate to restore access.
Your storefront stays safe whatever the licence state: an inactive licence locks your admin features, it won’t break your live product pages.
Connected stores & site limits
Your plan allows a certain number of connected stores. If you try to activate the licence on one too many, you’ll see Site limit reached — This license is already active on X of Y site(s). Upgrade to add this one.
To move your licence to a different site: deactivate it on the old site’s License page first, then activate it on the new one. To run on more sites at once, upgrade your plan.
