Quick start
If you’d rather see Sigmira work than read about it, start here. In about the time it takes to make a coffee, you’ll have a real product on your store that a customer can personalise and pay for: proof the whole thing hangs together before you invest in the finer details. We’ll move quickly and link out to the in-depth version of each step, so you can always circle back once you’ve seen the shape of it.
Before you start
You need a working WooCommerce store and your Sigmira licence key. If you’ve not installed Sigmira yet, do Install & activate first (2 minutes), then come back.
The 10-minute path
-
Connect a product. In the Sigmira Dashboard → Products, click + Add customizable product and pick one (a mug or t-shirt is a good first try). → details
-
Add a view. In the product editor, click + Add View, name it (e.g. Front), and set a canvas size. → details
-
Add a print area. Draw the area where customers may design, and set its print size in millimetres. → details
-
Add a starting design (optional). Drop in a placeholder text layer like Your name here so the product doesn’t open blank. → details
-
Save. Click Save All.
-
Try it as a customer. Open the product on your store, click Customize This Product, add some text, and Add to Cart.
-
See the result. Place the test order, then open Orders to view the design and download the print-ready file. → details
That’s a complete loop: your store can now take personalised orders.
