Delivery & export settings
Once orders are flowing, the last thing you want is to babysit every print file. This is where you set fulfilment up to run itself: the default format and resolution your files come out at, where they’re delivered (straight to a Dropbox folder, say) and whether they’re generated automatically the moment an order reaches a status you choose. Configure it thoughtfully and producing files becomes a background process rather than a daily chore.
Where to find it
In the Sigmira Dashboard, open Settings → Delivery. It has four sections.
Export defaults
The fallback settings used when you generate a file without choosing your own:
- Default format — PNG (transparent), JPG (flattened, smaller), PDF (vector + raster) or SVG (vector only).
- Default DPI — the output resolution (300 or higher for print).
- Preview quality — the quality of on-screen previews (not the production file).
These are defaults. A specific product can still override them through its print method, and you can pick different settings per file at download time via Generate with different settings.
Cloud destinations
Connect a cloud service so finished files land there automatically. Use Connect Dropbox to link an account (and Disconnect to unlink). Once connected, the Cloud upload path lets you set a Folder template: the folder structure files are saved into (handy for organising by order or date).
Auto-export
Generate print files automatically instead of clicking Generate on each order:
- Enable auto-export — turn the automation on.
- Trigger on — when it fires: Order completed, Order processing, or Any status change.
- Hold for review before delivery — when on, files are produced but wait for your sign-off before being delivered, so nothing goes to your printer or cloud folder unchecked.
